Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Goldman Sachs and AIG.

Shane is a trusted advisor to multi-generational families, with extensive experience in family governance, wealth stewardship, investment oversight, and succession planning. Drawing on experience leading a single-family office and an earlier career at a New York investment bank, he helps families navigate the complexities of preserving wealth, aligning stakeholders, and preparing future generations for responsible ownership. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children.
